Lorenz Haspel, Director of sbp, will be a speaker at the “Brückenbautage” (Bridge Construction Days) on November 12 and 13 in Berlin. On November 12 at 3:15 PM, he will hold a lecture exploring the translation of research into practical applications. The following day, November 13 at 9 AM, he will join other experts for an excursion to the recently opened Oder Bridge in Küstrin, where they will engage in discussions regarding the bridge’s construction on-site. The bridge is equipped with carbon tensile elements developed by schlaich bergermann partner and is the world’s first railroad bridge of its kind.
